These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FluxCOD Shopify app ("the App") operated by FluxWin Tech ("we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using FluxCOD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

FluxCOD provides Cash on Delivery (COD) order forms for Shopify stores, including:

  • Customizable order forms (popup and inline)
  • Geographic shipping coverage management
  • Quantity offers with tiered pricing
  • Fraud detection and prevention
  • Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Multi-pixel event tracking

3. Account and Access

  • You must have an active Shopify store to use FluxCOD.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.
  • You must not share API keys generated by FluxCOD with unauthorized parties.

4. Plans and Billing

  • FluxCOD offers a free plan (80 orders/month) and paid plans via Shopify's billing system.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly through your Shopify account.
  • Overage charges may apply based on your plan's order limits.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
  • Refunds are handled according to Shopify's billing policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app to process fraudulent or illegal transactions.
  • Attempt to circumvent order limits, rate limiting, or fraud detection.
  • Use the app's API to scrape or harvest customer data for purposes unrelated to order fulfillment.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app's code.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of customer data collected through FluxCOD is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify's data protection requirements. You are responsible for:

  • Informing your customers that you collect their data for order processing.
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Responding to customer data requests forwarded by Shopify.

7. Intellectual Property

FluxCOD, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of FluxWin Tech. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your Shopify store.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • FluxCOD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for lost sales, missed orders, or business interruption caused by app downtime, bugs, or third-party service failures (Shopify, payment processors, couriers).
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects app availability.
  • We will notify merchants of planned downtime when possible.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using FluxCOD at any time by uninstalling the app.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, all your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
